Heavyweight pass: reconstructed true reading order from the conferencereport1911a DjVu XML word coordinates (scripts/ingest/cr-reading-order.py) and corrected the source_url leaf from an initial guess of n62 to the confirmed n61. Fixed one OCR digit/letter confusion ('0 awake' -> 'O awake', a misread capital O). Content verified clean and complete against the scan.
