Heavyweight pass: reconstructed true reading order from the conferencereport1911a DjVu XML word coordinates (scripts/ingest/cr-reading-order.py) and corrected the source_url leaf from an initial guess of n110 to the confirmed n109. Rewrote the truncated title and removed stray trailing periods from the speaker name and calling. Removed a page-number/running-head bleed ('i / Ill / ELDER BENJAMIN GODDARD.' interrupting 'In most of such cases where they do fall away'). Fixed a few OCR letter errors (latterday -> latter-day, aa -> as, regretable -> regrettable). Confirmed boundaries clean: begins with Chipman's own remarks, ends at his own Amen.
