Collation history

Proofread against the source text.

Heavyweight pass: restored missing conference-opening session record; anchored source_url leaf; OCR letter errors fixed.

Collated word-by-word against the original scan.

Heavyweight pass: reconstructed true reading order from the conferencereport1909a DjVu XML word coordinates (scripts/ingest/cr-reading-order.py). Restored the entire missing conference-opening session record (list of General Authorities present, call to order, choir hymns, opening prayer) at leaf 1, which had been dropped entirely from the original ingest. Anchored source_url to leaf 1. Fixed roughly two dozen OCR letter errors (exany>le -> example, togethei -> together, prevade -> pervade, thev/Manv -> they/Many, sjood -> good, latter-dav -> latter-day, wantine -> wanting, mieht -> might, worldlv thinp-s -> worldly things, Omni" potent -> Omnipotent, ar rayed -> arrayed, and several stray/misplaced punctuation marks). Confirmed boundaries clean: ends with Smith's own Amen followed by the genuine musical-number notice, which was left in place as part of the session record.
