Restored a truncated session-opening line -- the file previously began 'Conference was resumed at 2 p. m.\n\nthe meeting to order.', missing the 'AFTERNOON SESSION.' heading and 'President Joseph F. Smith called' before 'the meeting to order.' Fixed roughly two dozen OCR letter/spacing errors throughout (bv -> by, heli -> hell, meeted -> meted, leroboam -> Jeroboam [several instances], mi°dit -> might, aoostles -> apostles, rope -> ripe, pro^ hibition -> prohibition, license_than -> license than, closing of_saloons -> closing of saloons, and several stray punctuation marks). Confirmed remaining boundaries clean: ends at Smith's own Amen.
