Collation history

Proofread against the source text.

Heavyweight pass: split a separate Lillian V. Jones testimony out of the end of this file (see heavyweight_review_notes); extensive OCR letter-error cleanup.

Collated word-by-word against the original scan.

Heavyweight pass: reconstructed true reading order from the conferencereport1909a DjVu XML word coordinates (scripts/ingest/cr-reading-order.py). Fixed roughly fifteen OCR letter errors throughout (Bv -> By, th^t/tnav -> that/may, deter mine -> determine, kr^ows -> knows, thev/thewent -> they/they went, tondlerstood -> understood, triumph! -> triumph, brerthen -> brethren, hvmn -> hymn, treat ed -> treated, and a running-head bleed 'SISTER' removed from mid-sentence). Split out a short testimony by Sister Lillian V. Jones that had been wrongly appended to the end of this file (running head 'SISTER LILLIAN V. JONES.') into new file 1909-04-jones-southern-states-testimony.md -- talk_order 16 (shared with this file, since they occur back-to-back in the same outdoor session; a full renumbering of the rest of the day was judged out of scope for this pass). Confirmed remaining boundaries clean: begins with McQuarrie's own remarks, ends at his own Amen; a trailing musical-number notice was kept as genuine session record.
