Heavyweight pass: reconstructed true reading order from the conferencereport1909a DjVu XML word coordinates (scripts/ingest/cr-reading-order.py) to anchor source_url leaf. Fixed several OCR letter errors (here_ -> here, fust -> just, mav -> may, generallv -> generally, th/ere/th/e -> there/the, T -> I, wondefully -> wonderfully, da -> do, and a stray underscore/comma). Split out the Church Auditing Committee's report and the reading and sustaining of the full slate of General Authorities, which had been wrongly appended to the end of this file after Lyman's own Amen, into new conference-record file 1909-04-conference-record-auditing-and-sustaining.md -- talk_order 31 (shared with this file). Confirmed remaining boundaries clean: begins with Lyman's own remarks, ends at his own Amen.
