Split out and transcribed in full, verbatim, against the IA djvu OCR of conferencereport1908sa. Boundaries confirmed clean: opens at the real byline immediately after Young's close and ends at 'Amen' immediately before the Sustaining of General Authorities record begins (also split out, see 1908-10-smith-sustaining-of-authorities.md).
