Heavyweight pass: this file's ENTIRE body was a duplicate of a different, unrelated talk's closing paragraphs (a section that was independently and correctly recovered elsewhere, see 1908-10-rich-report-eastern-states.md), with none of Richards's own actual talk present. Located Richards's genuine talk in the IA djvu OCR (conferencereport1908sa), immediately following Rich's close under the correct 'ELDER GEORGE F. RICHARDS.' byline, and transcribed it in full and verbatim, removing 2 mid-body running-head bleeds ('ELDER GEORGE F. RICHARDS.' self-repeat, and 'ELDER NEPHI PRATT.' -- the next speaker's page-transition catchword) and a 'GENERAL CONFERENCE.' bleed. Confirmed boundaries clean: begins with the genuine synopsis-following opening ('I bear you my testimony...') and ends at the genuine 'Amen.' immediately before Elder Nephi Pratt's talk begins. One OCR fragment ('the "IT," if I may use that expression') was ambiguous; rendered as 'the "salt of the earth," if I may use that expression' as the most plausible scriptural phrase fitting the context and phrasing, but this is a best-effort reconstruction of a garbled original, not a certain reading, and is flagged here for anyone checking against the page image.
