Restored a genuinely truncated fragment: the original ingest dropped 'statement of President Smith con-' before 'cerning the condition of the Church', recovered verbatim from the DjVu XML. Removed the printed synopsis line. Fixed roughly a dozen OCR letter errors (misundertanding -> misunderstanding, Wisdonj -> Wisdom, suegested -> suggested, tV>~ -> the, carrv -> carry, virture -> virtue, thev -> they, goodlv -> goodly, anv -> any, vou -> you (x2), int j -> into).
