Collation history

Proofread against the source text.

Heavyweight pass: restored the missing conference-opening session record (authorities present, opening hymns/prayer) and a truncated session-record passage later in the file; extensive OCR letter-error cleanup.

Collated word-by-word against the original scan.

Heavyweight pass: reconstructed true reading order from the conferencereport1907a DjVu XML word coordinates (scripts/ingest/cr-reading-order.py). This is talk_order 1, the very first item of the conference, and its genuine session-opening record (call to order, authorities-present roster, two opening hymns, opening prayer) had never been ingested at all; restored it verbatim from the scan (leaf 1) at the head of this file rather than leaving the gap. Removed the printed synopsis line ('opening address.) Congratulations to Saints...') per the vault's synopsis-bleed convention. Restored a genuinely truncated session-record passage later in the file (leaf 9-10): the original ingest had dropped 'Elder John Henry Smith, in sec-' before 'onding the motion...' and 'President Smith called upon all ' before 'who favored the adoption...' and 'President Smith stated that the sub-' before 'ject was for the consideration...' -- all recovered verbatim from the DjVu XML. Fixed roughly 30 OCR letter errors throughout the body (e.g. 'bv'->'by', 'anv'->'any', 'ooor'->'poor', 'constan.'->'constant', 'errinp-'->'erring', 'eo down'->'go down', 'longsufferinf.'->'longsuffering,', 'youns;'->'young', 'reneat'->'repeat', 'even?'->'every', 's^eak'->'speak', 'witli'->'with', '/ast'->'vast', 'ripht'->'right', 'meani'->'means', 'Trustee-inTrust'->'Trustee-in-Trust', 'chat'->'that', 'Hith-\'erto'->'Hitherto', 'outfrow'->'outgrow', 'guage'->'gauge', 'suoDort'->'support', 'kno v'->'know', and a garbled closing sentence). Kept the trailing session record (Address to the World reading, Lyman's motion, the vote, and adjournment) attached to this file since it directly narrates the same historic event Smith introduces in his closing paragraph, rather than splitting it into a separate conference_record file. source_url re-anchored to leaf 1, where the restored session-opening record begins (was leaf 2, where Smith's own remarks begin).
