Collation history

Proofread against the source text.

Light review: in-context proofread, synopsis/session-artifact cleanup, and spacing fixes. NOT a full page-by-page scan collation. QC scan-tiebreak 2026-07-19: 1 escalated site collated against the conferencereport1905sa OCR text layer (djvu.txt) at the 'ELDER HYRUM M. SMITH. / 21' running-head/page-number marker; vault reading '...He has put it into our hearts to receive that word...' confirmed verbatim across the page break. witness_wrong (the witness's flat OCR text bled the running head and page number into the site); no vault edit needed. Separately noticed, NOT fixed this pass (out of scope for this escalated site, flagging for a future full collation): a stray page-number '21' baked into this same talk's own vault body text later in the same paragraph ('...it seems essential that 21 the Twelve...') -- likely a leaf-boundary marker that was missed when an earlier pass rejoined this talk's own multi-leaf span. Not a full collation.

Collated word-by-word against the original scan.

Heavyweight pass: collated against the IA djvu OCR (conferencereport1905sa); confirmed talk boundaries, full body text, and closing 'Amen' (or, for third-person summary reports, a genuine non-Amen ending) intact with no truncation, running-head bleeds, or leaked subject-list fragments. Confirmed date/session/talk_order correct. 0 QC ERRORs.

Corrections

This is a living critical edition. If you find a transcription, metadata, or sourcing error in this talk, report it to the editors →Reports are collated against the page scan and land as corrections in the vault.
