Collation history

Proofread against the source text.

Light review: in-context proofread, synopsis/session-artifact cleanup, and spacing fixes. NOT a full page-by-page scan collation.

Collated word-by-word against the original scan.

Heavyweight pass: this file had wrongly merged THREE separate items: leading session material (opening hymn/prayer/choir), a brief Joseph F. Smith address, and a full Hyrum M. Smith discourse, all preceding Shurtliff's own real talk. Removed the leading session material and split the two Smith items into their own new files (1905-04-smith-loyalty-to-nation-and-church.md, 1905-04-smith-h-evils-of-internal-dissension.md); this file now contains only Shurtliff's genuine remarks (opening '(President of Weber Stake.) My beloved brothers and sisters...'). Renumbered talk_order for this session (17-22) to accommodate the two newly split files. Confirmed against the IA djvu OCR (conferencereport1905a) that the closing 'Amen' is intact. 0 QC ERRORs.
