QC scan-tiebreak 2026-07-17: the paragraph quoting D&C 39:1-6 and the D&C 64:9-11 intro (flagged for 7 midword_hyphenation sites) was column-interleaved -- the vault text alternated lines from conferencereport1902a leaf n32's left and right columns instead of reading each column fully in order. Fetched leaf n32 (IIIF) and re-transcribed both columns in correct order verbatim; the existing heavyweight_review_notes' 'matches the OCR witness verbatim' claim was checked against the same interleaved djvu OCR, not the page image, so it did not catch this. heavyweight_reviewed_by left untouched per charter (frozen field) -- this was a site-directed repair, not a new full collation. Also collated leaf n34 (page 33) for a second, independent midword_hyphenation ERROR in the 2 Nephi 8:2 quotation: '-nm-' resolves to 'you:' and 'blQs?ed' resolves to 'blessed' per the printed leaf ('bear' kept as printed, not corrected to standard 'bare').
