Collation history

Proofread against the source text.

Light review: in-context proofread, synopsis/session-artifact cleanup, and spacing fixes. NOT a full page-by-page scan collation.

Collated word-by-word against the original scan.

Heavyweight pass: resolved the prior blocker. The body was NOT actually truncated -- Brigham Young Jr.'s own tribute is complete and ends at its own 'Amen.' A following fragment beginning 'ELDER JOHN HENRY SMITH.' had been wrongly appended to this file; that heading is a genuine speaker boundary (confirmed by the continuation text's own words, 'as remarked by my brother Brigham,' referring to Young in the third person -- proof the speaker is someone else, not Young himself continuing). Removed the misplaced Smith fragment; it and its continuation (which had been separately filed as 1901-10-smith-integrity-and-refinement-of-lorenzo-snow.md, itself missing its own true opening) have been merged into one complete John Henry Smith file at that id. Collated this file's remaining body against conferencereport1901sa's reconstructed reading order; confirmed clean boundaries and complete text through Young's own closing 'Amen.'
