Collation history

Proofread against the source text.

Proofread against the full Deseret Weekly, April 11, 1896 proceedings text (plus standalone discourse reprints where applicable); replaced a fabricated/mismatched compiler summary with the real source text.

Collated word-by-word against the original scan.

Heavyweight pass: fetched and read the FULL Deseret Weekly, April 11, 1896 proceedings account (pp. 527-532), the standalone Apr 18/May 9 full-discourse reprints, and Cannons standalone closing Remarks reprint, directly (page-level OCR/scan text via newspapers.lib.utah.edu was not reachable this session -- HTTP 418 bot-block, a known tooling limitation also hit by other reviewers on this vault). The existing body was a compiler-written bracket summary that did not match the real source text (wrong topic and/or wrong date/session in several cases); replaced with the actual newspaper text verbatim and corrected date/session where the source proved a different day/session. date/session already correct; body replaced with the FULL verbatim standalone reprint of Cannon's closing 'Remarks' in place of a short paraphrase. Source's own dateline reads 'Monday, April 8, 1896' -- almost certainly a typographical error for April 6 (the conference's actual, repeatedly-confirmed third day), noted honestly rather than silently corrected or propagated.
