Heavyweight pass: fetched and read the full Deseret Weekly, October 15, 1892 proceedings account (pp. 513-523) plus 5 standalone full-discourse reprints from later Deseret Weekly issues (Oct 22, Nov 5/19/26, Dec 8, 1892), directly (newspapers.lib.utah.edu returned HTTP 418 to automated fetch -- known tooling limitation also hit by other reviewers on this vault -- so page-level scan OCR was not independently cross-checked). This is a large 4-day conference (Thu-Sun) with many speakers appearing multiple times; nearly every body was a compiler-written bracket summary that did not match the real source text, and most were mis-dated to sessions where the real record shows the speaker never appeared that day. Replaced with the actual newspaper text verbatim and corrected date/session against the source, generally mapping each file to the speaker's richest/most substantive appearance when they spoke more than once. Confirmed George Teasdale does not appear on the conference's own roll of general authorities present -- his separate file (1892-10-teasdale-remarks.md) is fabricated and left blocked rather than rewritten. date/session corrected from the fabricated Friday Morning (where this speaker does not appear -- he was out of the Territory and missed the whole first day) to the source-verified Friday Afternoon; body replaced with the real verbatim text.
