Collation history

Proofread against the source text.

Proofread against the scan/OCR witness; confirmed minutes summary is accurate and complete.

Collated word-by-word against the original scan.

Heavyweight pass: confirmed that Taylor's discourse is correctly noted as transcribed (separate talk file exists); the remaining named speakers (G.A. Smith, Wells, Cannon, Woodruff, and others) have no separate JD discourse files, consistent with the minutes' existing note — no stale claim found. newspapers.lib.utah.edu returns HTTP 418 to automated fetch, so the Deseret News minutes text could not be independently re-collated this pass — noted as a tooling limitation consistent with prior conferences in this series.
