Heavyweight pass: confirmed that Brigham Young's two October 6, 1870 discourses (JD 13:260-261, 13:261-268) are already filed as separate talk files, so the minutes' note that JD discourse texts are 'not yet individually transcribed' for those two is stale for Young specifically but remains accurate for Hyde, G.A. Smith, Cannon, Pratt, E. Snow, Wells, Taylor, Carrington, and Harris, none of whom have separate files in this directory. newspapers.lib.utah.edu returns HTTP 418 to automated fetch, so the Deseret News minutes text could not be independently re-collated this pass — noted as a tooling limitation consistent with prior conferences in this series.
