Journal of Discourses 11:20-27transcription source

Carruth CR 100 912 inventory item cr-100-912-0567. Scholarly re-transcription of an original Pitman shorthand report catalogued at the Church History Library; the shorthand here is John V. Long's, because Carruth notes George D. Watt's shorthand for this sermon is not extant. Papers of John V. Long MS 28233 box 2 folder 7 image 89. George D. Watt's report of the sermon is the one printed in Journal of Discourses 11:20-27; the sermon is not in CR 100 317. Transcribed by LaJean Purcell Carruth, date not stated. The item is a four-line summary rather than a full report, so it corroborates the occasion and several of the discourse's propositions rather than supplying continuous rival text. Recorded as a separate witness per docs/ingestion.md's Carruth policy; the printed Journal of Discourses 11:20-27 text stays preferred until this transcription is reviewed against it.
