Header confirmed from the discourse's own byline: 'Discourse by Elder Wilford Woodruff, delivered in the Tabernacle, Great Salt Lake City, July 27, 1862. Reported by J. V. Long.' July 27, 1862 does not fall inside a General Conference window in indexes/conference-calendar.md (1862 GC windows: April 6-9, October 6-8); category set tabernacle_address. The discourse quotes a lengthy passage of scripture (Doctrine and Covenants 1) at length; the oracle's quoted text was checked against the standard published text of that section and matches.
