Full text of the discourse collated page-by-page against the BYU ContentDM page images (pp. 79-83, 85, ids 3833, 3832, 3831, 3830, 3829, 3827). Page 84 (ContentDM id 3828) returned a persistent 400/IndexOutOfBounds error from the ContentDM IIIF endpoint; that page was instead collated against the Internet Archive scan (see below).
