○Fragmentary

Deseret News minutes (April 11, 1860, pp. 45, 48) of the April 6-8, 1860 General Conference, the Church's 30th-anniversary (31st Annual) conference. All five discourses named in these minutes are filed separately as full talks: Brigham Young's 'Universal Salvation' (JD 8:34-36), 'Personal Reminiscences, &c' (JD 8:37-39), 'Voting to Sustain the Authorities of the Church—Appointment of Elder Cannon to Fill Up the Quorum of the Twelve—Remarks to Departing Missionaries' (JD 7:227-230), and 'Education—Testimony—Miraculous Signs, &c' (JD 8:39-43), and Orson Pratt's 'Testimony of the Spirit, Etc.' (JD 8:44-52).

Collation history

Proofread against the source text.

Proofread against the Deseret News minutes plus the Weebly transcript witness; corrected stale 'not yet transcribed' claims about the Cannon-sustaining, Education, and Testimony-of-the-Spirit discourses, which are now filed as separate talk files in this vault.

Collated word-by-word against the original scan.

Heavyweight pass: fetched historicalgeneralconferences.weebly.com/1860-april.html raw HTML and collated the synopsis narrative against it line-by-line; confirmed session order, sustaining-vote details, and speaker roster all match. Found and fixed a repeated content-integrity bug: fidelity_notes and body both claimed the Cannon-sustaining, Education-Testimony-Miraculous-Signs, and Testimony-of-the-Spirit discourses were 'not yet transcribed,' but all three exist as separate reviewed talk files in this same conference folder; updated both fields to reflect that all 5 discourses are filed. Confirmed the 'Thirty-first Annual Conference'/30-years-old (30th anniversary) framing is internally consistent, not a stray error.
