Proofread against the Deseret News/weebly witnesses; cross-references to filed talks are accurate, no stale claims found.
Collated word-by-word against the original scan.
Heavyweight pass: cross-checked speaker/date/session facts against the four filed talk files (Young, Woodruff, Richards, Kimball), all correctly cross-referenced as filed separately. newspapers.lib.utah.edu returns HTTP 418 to automated fetch, a known tooling limitation, so the full Deseret News minutes text was not independently re-verified against the original scan this pass.
