Watt, MS 4534 box 2 disk 1, August-October 1853, images 31-34, 37-44. Sermon in Journal of Discourses 1:74; in CR 100 317 box 2 fd. 21. Transcribed by LaJean Purcell Carruth 1 May 2009. The break in the image run at 35-36 is not a gap in the sermon but the notebook back cover, which carries a draft letter from George D. Watt to Brigham Young about a horse sale, and Carruth notes that Watt recorded no other sermons on this date. Recorded as a separate witness per docs/ingestion.md's Carruth policy; the printed Journal of Discourses 1:74 text stays preferred until this transcription is reviewed against it.
