Carruth's footnotes identify Watt as the reporter although the printed Journal of Discourses page credits the report to Unknown, and they document the printed page's rearrangement and expansion of the widow-sealing passage. Recorded as a separate witness per docs/ingestion.md's Carruth policy; the printed Journal of Discourses 6:306 text stays preferred until this transcription is reviewed against it.
